What do you need to make the video?
The original photos of every room, without watermarks and, ideally, with two or more angles of each. If you have the floor plan, even better: it helps the tour follow the real path through the home.
How long does it take?
The free sample takes 24 to 48 hours. The full tour, 48 to 72 hours from the moment we have the photos.
How much does it cost?
The sample is free. The full tour has a flat price per property, which we quote along with your sample, before you decide anything.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. You see the finished video and pay once you're happy with it. If anything doesn't look like the home, we fix it at no extra cost.
Is it real footage?
No: it's an AI-generated walkthrough made from your photos. We don't restage the home or add furniture, and the video is labeled as AI-generated, so you can disclose it clearly in your listing and marketing.
What formats do I get?
Landscape (1920×1080) and vertical (1080×1920), with your logo and also a clean version with no logo or text. They work on your website, your socials, YouTube and your listing.
Where are you based?
We're based in Spain and work 100% online with agents in the US: you send us the photos by email or a link, and we email you the finished video. We reply by email within one business day.
