Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information InmoVision (“we,” “us”) collects through inmovision.es (the “Site”) and by email, how we use it and the choices you have. We’re a small business based in Spain that makes AI video walkthroughs for real estate professionals, including in the United States.

Information we collect

• When you request a free sample: your name, brokerage and email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, city or area, the listing link, the property type, your message and the photos of the property (or a link to them).
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Business contact information from public sources: if we contacted you first, we got your business email address from information you or your company made public, such as your website or your listing profiles.
• Technical information: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the Site. We use the country your visit comes from (derived from your IP address) to show you the right language and to know where sample requests come from.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and we don’t build profiles about you.

How we use it

• To prepare your free sample, send it to you and talk with you about it.
• To quote and, if you hire us, to create and deliver your video and handle payment.
• To reply to your emails and, if you’re a real estate professional, to tell you about our services by email.
• To keep the Site secure and working, and to comply with the law.

We don’t use the information from the sample form to send you marketing.

How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law). We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run our business:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and receives the sample form.
• Telegram, through which we get notified of new sample requests.
• Microsoft (Outlook), our email provider.
• The AI video-generation providers we use to create the video from your photos.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies, Do Not Track and tracking by others

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If you use the EN/ES switch, we set a cookie that only remembers your language. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Because we don’t track you across websites, our practices don’t change when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, which we don’t do anyway. We don’t allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites through our Site.

How long we keep it

If you request a sample and don’t hire us, we delete your request within 12 months. If you hire us, we keep your information while we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires. If you ask us not to email you again, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can honor that request.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop emailing you.

Write to inmovisionia@outlook.com. We may confirm your request from the email address we have on file, and we’ll respond within 45 days. You may also make a request through an authorized agent. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we’ll review it and let you know the result.

Residents of some states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia, have specific rights under their state privacy laws. We honor the requests above for everyone, whether or not those laws apply to us.

California: we don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83). Nevada: we don’t sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A; you can still send us an opt-out request at the address above.

Emails from us

Every email we send about our services identifies InmoVision and includes a simple way to opt out. If you opt out, we stop within 10 business days, and usually right away.

Children

The Site is meant for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International transfers

We’re based in Spain, so your information is processed in Spain and in the European Union, and by our service providers in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

If you’re in the EU, EEA or UK

Because we’re established in Spain, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. We rely on your consent for the sample form (you can withdraw it at any time), on the performance of a contract if you hire us, on our legitimate interests to reply to emails, to contact businesses about our services and to keep the Site secure, and on our legal obligations. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where required. You also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your information and to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we’ll also point them out on the Site.
