These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of inmovision.es (the “Site”). By using the Site or requesting a free sample, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What we do

AI-generated video walkthroughs of homes for real estate agents and brokerages.

Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with how it works, try to access it without authorization, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. The Site is meant for real estate professionals and is not directed at children.

The demo video

The walkthrough on the home page shows a demo house created for this Site and toured with artificial intelligence. It is not a real property for sale or rent.

Free samples

• Requesting a sample is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We may decline any request.
• When you send us photos, you confirm that you own them or are authorized to use them (for example, by the photographer, your brokerage or the seller), and that using them to make your sample doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
• You give us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use those photos only to prepare your sample and, if you hire us, your video. We won’t publish them or show them as an example without your written permission.
• Any paid work is governed by the price and terms we agree with you in writing before we start.

AI-generated content

Our videos are generated with AI from your photos. We check every segment so the home looks as it does in the photos, but AI output can contain inaccuracies. Please review each video before you publish it. You’re responsible for following the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you, such as those of your MLS, your brokerage and your state. Our videos are labeled as AI-generated so you can disclose that clearly.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, brand name, logo, images and demo video belong to InmoVision or are used with permission. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without our written consent. Your photos remain yours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and free samples are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InmoVision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or of any free sample. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a free sample is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InmoVision harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from photos or other material you send us without the necessary rights, or from your breach of these Terms.

Links to other sites

If the Site links to third-party websites, we’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a complaint, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Spain, unless mandatory laws of your place of residence give you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the moment they’re posted and don’t affect samples already requested.
